What to report?

Below you will find the examples of irregularities that can be reported with usage of intive speak up service. Remember that the list is not exhaustive and is given just to help you in deciding whether the report should be submitted or not.

Misconduct types:

  • Abuse of Influence:
o manipulating someone with the ability to punish them if they don't comply, e.g. ordering subordinates to perform non-business activities like washing a private car or bringing a meal
o gaining access to information that shouldn't be accessible
o using the confidential information to private gain
  • Bribery / Corruption:
o facilitation payment
o excessive and unjustified hospitality
o excessive gift for customer
o unreported gift or entertainment exceeding the threshold
  • Breach of Policy / Procedure:
o breach of Code of Conduct or work regulations provisions
  • Bullying / Harassment / Mobbing:
o offensive language
o inadequate jokes
o racial or gender slurs
o degrading comments
o display of sexually suggestive pictures or pornography
  • Conflict of Interest:
o unrevealed additional business activity which may be competitive with intive’s operations
o romantic relationship between subordinate and superior
  • Discrimination:
o promoting (as well as evaluating, changing work conditions or giving a raise for) particular employees based not on factual skills or achievements but on other grounds
  • Fraud:
o stealing cash or other equipment
o misstating financial information
o unauthorized purchases
  • Health / Safety / Environment:
o hazardous work conditions
o working under the influence of illegal drugs, controlled substances used for non-medical purposes or alcoholic beverages creating an unacceptable safety risk
o selling, distributing, transferring or possessing illegal drugs or controlled substances while working on the premises, except for approved medical
purposes
o inappropriate usage of resources
  • Other Unethical Behaviour or Misconduct:
o covering up any misconduct

You should provide as much information as possible to facilitate any subsequent action or investigation, however, try to avoid redundant or irrelevant data. If it’s possible, do not submit sensitive data, i.e. revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health or a natural person';s sex life or sexual orientation.
